What Big Mouth Means To Me

What Big Mouth Means To Me

When I first showed my interest in acting, my parents asked me about Big Mouth, and I can very honestly say that I have never, and will never, regret that decision! I joined the younger branch and instantly loved it, and all this time later I still look forward to meeting up with my amazing friends and coaches every Saturday.

Since I’ve been going to big mouth for years now, I’ve met a lot of their different coaches, including Holly and Adrian, and I have never met a coach that the group didn’t like! They have all been incredibly bubbly, supportive and enthusiastic.

During programs where we write our own shows, we always throw random ideas into the mix, even the silly ones. This not only helps us create a brand-new performance but also helps to set the mood for the eighteen weeks to come!

Since joining Big Mouth, I have learned a lot about performance and acting techniques, like how to project and how to read stage directions, but I’ve also learned how to get up and embarrass myself in front of strangers! What Big Mouth has taught me has helped me get into other productions, which I definitely wouldn’t have had the confidence to even audition for had I not joined such a helpful and fun drama group.

In conclusion:

BIG MOUTH RULES!!!
